Janet L. Thoman
JANET L. THOMAN (formerly Janet Thoman Green) received her Juris
Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2006
and was licensed to practice in Washington the same year. Ms. Thoman has
extensive legal experience prior from her 12 year career as a personal
injury paralegal with the law firm of Adler Giersch ps.
Ms. Thoman is a past Editor-in-Chief of Perspectives, a newsletter for clients, and is a contributing author to the law firm’s monthly newsletter, “The Advocate” dedicated to cutting edge medical-legal-insurance related issues for health care professionals who treat those with personal injury trauma. She is currently co-authoring, “From Injury to Action: Navigating your Personal Injury Claim,” with the law firm’s principal, Richard H. Adler.
Ms. Thoman currently serves on the Executive Board of the Brain Injury Association of Washington as the Social Security Disability Coordinator. Ms. Thoman is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyer’s Association, serving on the New Member Committee and a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Ms. Thoman is a former small business owner, providing writing and research services to Washington businesses, and was a founding member of Parents Attending Law School at the University of Washington.
